Registration & PVC
No. Your PVC is mandatory to vote in any general election. Accreditation uses the BVAS device to scan the chip embedded in your PVC and verify your biometric. No alternative document is accepted. If you misplaced or damaged your PVC, visit your local government INEC office before election day to resolve it. Photo ID cards or temporary slips will not replace your PVC.
